Hats off to the In Tandem Mentors!
Meet Tim Runyan:
Tim was our very first mentor – a guinea pig if you will. We knew he was a great candidate when he came to us with a second (third?) successful career after his supposed retirement!
Tim is a graduate of the University of Nebraska (go Huskers!) with a BA in Business. After graduating, he spent seven years in a Human Resources department before leaving that position to begin his own venture called United Forwarding Inc. Tim sold that business in 1998 and moved to Georgia to begin a career as an international consultant. In 2006, Oneida, Ltd contacted Tim to conduct a review of their supply chain.
