Partnering with Businesses
United Way partners with businesses to allow employees to “give back” to the community.
United Way of Greater Williamsburg works with local businesses, municipalities, individuals, and other non-profits in a community-wide fundraising campaign that provides necessary resources to programs that address community needs.
Thousands of donors choose the convenience of payroll deduction as their vehicle for giving and, in fact, more than 100 local businesses, from 2 employees to 5,000, conduct United Way workplace campaigns each year.
